Legal/Judicial Experience: As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Whatcom County, Gordon prosecutes a wide range of serious felonies. Before joining the prosecutor’s office, Gordon was a criminal defense attorney, primarily representing low-income public defense clients. Gordon brings strong experience on both sides of the courtroom. Other Professional Experience Gordon also represents the State in the Whatcom County Drug Court, collaborating with defense attorneys and mental health professionals. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he works tirelessly for the people of Whatcom County, prosecuting serious felonies of all kinds. As a defense attorney, he zealously represented low-income and indigent clients. Gordon’s balanced experience, dedication, and reputation for integrity make him the perfect candidate for District Court Judge.
