Statement: The position of Lower Kittitas County District Court Judge requires a person of integrity and competency, a person who has a demonstrated character of fairness and work ethic, a person focused on justice and service for the community.

During the course of my 20-year career as an attorney, I have honed these very same attributes while serving our society in criminal and civil matters that span virtually every facet of the legal profession. In addition, the past seven years of my career has expanded into legal administrative experience in both internal office management and multi-department interfaces.

Most people hope to never find themselves involved in the legal system. However, when they find themselves there, they expect to be treated fairly and given an opportunity to participate in the legal process. I'm confident that in my courtroom this will be true.

I love what I do, but I also believe I have even more that I can contribute to my fellow citizens by serving as district court judge. I am ready, willing and able to take on the weighty mantle of this position and promise to give it the dedication and devotion that our community deserves.
