Snohomish County

Snohomish County Superior Court

There is an open position on the Snohomish County Superior Court. Because the opening occurred too late for it to appear on the primary ballot, the position will be filled solely through the General Election.

During a special three-day filing period (August 19-21), five candidates filed for this position: David Hulbert, Scott Lord, Scott Peterson, Rico Tessandore, and Joe Wilson. The candidate who receives the most votes in November will win the position; there will not be a run-off election. VotingforJudges will be providing information about the candidates as soon as possible.

Edmonds Municipal Court

The position of Edmonds Municipal Court Judge is up for election in 2009. The incumbent judge is Douglas Fair; he is unopposed for re-election.

Everett Municipal Court

There are two judges on the Everett Municipal Court. Both positions are up for election in 2009. The incumbents are:

• Position 1: Timothy B. O'Dell
• Position 2: David C. Mitchell

The incumbent judges are unopposed for re-election

Marysville Municipal Court

The position of Marysville Municipal Court Judge is up for election in 2009. The incumbent judge is Fred Gillings; he is unopposed for re-election.
